All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped in satchels with Australia Post.

Can I exchange my socks for a different size or colour?
We completely get it, we change our minds too. However, we unfortunately do not accept exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are your socks suitable for people with diabetes?
Yes, we offer a dedicated range of diabetic-friendly socks called the 'Super Stretchy Socks'.
These are designed with non-binding tops, no harsh seams, and soft, breathable materials to support healthy circulation and reduce pressure points—making them a great choice for people with diabetes or sensitive feet.
What materials do you use?
We believe transparency is important so we openly list the materials we use to create our specially designed socks.
Our Super Stretchy Socks contain a blend of 44% Polyester, 34% Bamboo, 14% Cotton and 8% Spandex.
Our Crew Socks contain a blend of 80% Cotton, 17% Polyester and 3% Spandex.
Are your socks Australian made?
All designs are developed by Australian podiatrists, and every product meets our strict quality standards for comfort and durability.
Our socks are produced through trusted manufacturing partners overseas.
